VACDCL is responsible from conceptualizing to planning, design, construction, commissioning and managing facilities. VACDCL is registered as a limited company under companies act 1956. An organization structure is prepared for 7 proposed activities with 6 members each and a convener nominated from local industries.                 The convener and members are responsible for formulation of policy, design, planning and supervision of respective works subject to board's approval. A professional team is in place headed by Chief Executive Officer for execution of project in given time-frame and maintain facilities thereafter. VACDCL will also engage the services of professional agencies, resource persons, consultants to plan and implement the scheme wherever necessary.
